In order to make the packaging box have a good effect, it is necessary to choose the printing process according to the packaging material. This article will introduce some common printing processes in packaging box customization.
Four-color printing (CMYK)
The four colors of cyan (C), magenta (M), yellow (Y), and black (K) are four inks, and all colors can be mixed with these four inks to end up with colorful graphics. CMYK printing is the most common printing method, and the printing effect on different substrates is different.
glossy lamination
After printing, a layer of transparent plastic film is pasted on the surface of the printed matter by hot pressing to protect and improve the gloss, and the surface is transparent.
matte lamination
After printing, a layer of transparent plastic film is pasted on the surface of the printed part by hot pressing to protect and improve the gloss, and the surface is matte.
ultraviolet light
The marked part of the printed matter should be lightly painted and highlighted to make the pattern of this part appear three-dimensional. It is printed with a matte glue process and has no effect when applied with glossy glue.
bronzing
Hot stamping uses the principle of heat transfer to transfer the anodized aluminum coating to the surface of the substrate to produce a special metallic luster effect. The printing material has gold, silver, red, green, blue and other colors, but bronzing can only have one color, and there are many colors, but not all.
ink jet
Use an inkjet printer to print process identification (production date, shelf life, batch number, company logo, etc.) on the product. Simple character patterns can be printed for greater flexibility.
The above printing process is often used in box customization. If you want to know more about packaging and printing, please contact Eastmoon (Guangzhou) Packaging And Printing Co., Ltd.
